We accept secure prepaid UPI payments only — pay instantly with PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or BHIM by scanning the QR code at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Yes. We deliver to every serviceable pincode in India — most orders arrive in 3–4 business days after payment verification (6–8 days for remote pincodes such as J&K, Ladakh and Andaman).
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 8–10 working days. For fast delivery, contact us on WhatsApp.
Add your products to the cart, tap Proceed to UPI Payment, complete the UPI payment, then tap “I Have Paid” with your transaction / UTR reference.
Your order is confirmed shortly after payment verification. As soon as your UPI payment is verified against your UTR reference, the order moves to processing and dispatch.
Use the Track Order page with your order number (ADI-…) and the mobile number or email used at checkout. You will also receive WhatsApp updates when your order ships.
Every piece is wrapped in temple-grade protective packaging — multi-layer cushioning, tamper-proof sealing and sturdy cartons — so delicate Brass, Bronze and German Silver items reach you safely.
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible and we will modify or cancel it.
